TIS THE SEASON – MULLED WINE MADE WITH ISLAND SORREL TEA!

Christmas always comes round so fast but one of my favourite things about it is Mulled Wine!

My mum recently told me that she used half the last batch of our Island Sorrel to put it into her mulled wine. Needless to say it was unanimously delicious by all who tasted it. Usually in Jamaica we add  white rum to our Sorrel but this is a great new twist and best of all its the simplest recipe to follow.
