Mental Health Awareness Week has just passed, however this is something that never really goes away. I had a lovely chat with Salonee from Spacious Wings Therapies. We Talked about all things mental health and  Cranio Sacral Therapy.  You can learn more about this and past life regression as a way to heal the body and aid mental health check her out. She is also holding sessions via Zoom! I tried 2 of the sessions this week and they were fun and eye opening and discovering new things about myself would highly recommend it.
